First Course: Homemade soup or mix green salad
Second Course:  Choice of one of the following Entrees
Penne ala vodka: Penne with Absolut Vodka, fresh tomato, light cream and hot pepper
Penne Pomodoro: Penne with fresh tomato sauce and basil
Caesar Salad with broiled skinless breast of chicken
Linguini Calamari: Sauteed Monterey Calamari and garlic in a fresh tomato sauce
Cold Poached Salmon with cucumber salad and sauce verde
Spaghetti Bolognese with fresh homemade meat sauce
Pollo Delicato: Skinless breast of chicken with steamed fresh vegetables

 

 



 
Bistro's Three Course Lunch
$24 per person + tax + tip
First Course: Homemade soup or mix green salad
Second Course:  Choice of one of the following Entrees
Sauteed fresh Catalina Sandabs with a lemon butter sauce served with penne pasta and fresh tomato sauce
Broiled filet of fresh Salmon with a Tarragon butter sauce served with penne pasta and fresh tomato sauce
Bistro's famous Garlic Chicken served with Chef's choice of pasta
Pollo Delicato: Skinless breast of chicken with steamed fresh vegetables
Penne Alberto Penne with sauteed chicken, sweet Italian sausage, mushrooms, tomato and light cream
Third Course (Dessert): choose one of the following
Old fashioned bread pudding
Homemade ice cream or sherbet
Bistro's famous Chocolate Souffle with whipped cream

Your choice of the following is served with each lunch selection above:
